What’s included?

All orders include the necessary disposable plates, utensils, napkins, and condiments in quantities consistent with your order.

If you would like to request china/glassware or linens for your order please contact the catering department for pricing.

Minimum Orders

Minimum guest count is 10 guests per order unless otherwise noted, with the exception of a la carte items.

There is a $50 charge for all orders placed within 72 hours of the event time. Some menu items require 72 hours notice, due to availability. If you are unsure please contact the catering department listed below.

Delivery Policy

Complimentary delivery is offered throughout the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine including Jordan Medical Education Center & Smilow Translational Research Building, Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, and the Center for Healthcare Technology Building.

Complimentary delivery includes the drop off and clean-up of catering services. Please note that if your event requires multiple drop off or clean up times, there may be additional staffing charges required.

For menus with hot items, there is a $35.00 linen charge applied to the order. If sternos are being used on the order the booking party is responsible for staying with the lit sterno at all times. As per hospital policy, sternos may not be left unattended. Please inquire for a catering attendant if you are unavailable to stay with order.

For all other locations or any orders requiring delivery or clean up outside of normal business hours, please contact the catering department for additional charges that may apply.

Cancellation Policy

Our orders are made just for you, therefore cancellations must be made 2 business days prior to the time of your event. For all orders cancelled within 48-24 hours, the full amount of the order will be charged.

Payment

We accept Budget Codes, Lawson Accounting Numbers, Purchase Orders, and Credit Cards. All payments must be received 24 hours prior to your event.
